Mindy is a great communicator diagnosing my issues, treating effectively and adapting treatment as I progressed. She provided at home activities that were really beneficial and explained the physiology which helped me visualise and gauge improvements. Thank you.

I would highly recommend this service. Laura has been excellent. She is very knowledgeable about the body. She has helped me to get a clearer understanding of how my body movements have been limiting me and how I can change this to improve my body’s capability. I have found Laura’s approach to be very empowering and supportive. Thank you.

I cannot recommend 206 highly enough.  As someone at the wrong end of 40 who has led a life of badly thought out high impact sports and activities, I have seen my fair share of physical therapists.  Trust me on that. 206 are different.  Mindy was able to diagnose the issue on our first session.  No experimentation.  No guess work.  No “let’s try something for a while”, which I’ve heard over and over from other consultancies. Just expert, confident, experienced professionalism in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

The next time (and there will be a next time, I never learn) I tear, rip or otherwise damage myself doing something stupid I will be right back here. 10 stars.

Mindy quickly ‘gets you back’ and provides a really good service at the same time! I have used Mindy several times, usually when injured, and she has done the business every time.  She listens carefully, asks all the right questions and then agrees the appropriate treatment with you.
She is so good that I have had sports massages from her and these have also helped me a lot, improving my performance.
I highly recommend Mindy.  There’s free parking as well! 🙂

Absolutely amazing service. I contacted Rachel in a panic after getting injured during preparation for the London Marathon. She fitted me in at really short notice and was very quick to diagnose the problem and provide treatment. She was also very honest, not suggestion more sessions than I needed. Because of her advice and treatment (including acupuncture which I would highly recommend to anybody) I was able to not only finish the Marathon but achieve a personal best. Thank you Rachel for everything!

I thought I was beyond hope of ever running again. I had an ankle injury that wouldn’t recover after lengthy periods of rest. Rachel was fantastic and I still can’t quite believe I am running again. Very happy customer.

8 months ago I came to Rachel not being able to bend, straighten or walk on my right leg due to damaging my pcl in a ski accident.
Rachel has been incredible working with my twice a week to get my knee back to a level of strength so that I can return to skiing this winter.
Today I move back to the French alps for 6 months to ski and I can’t thank Rachel enough for her hard work and support to get me back to skiing so fast!
I will be lost without my weekly Physio sessions.

I am forever in debt to Mindy and Rachel for their continued support, and I am incredibly lucky to receive first class treatment from them, usually at short notice! Their expert knowledge and sensitive approach means that I leave confident with the treatment, advice and exercises I have received. I would not be where I am today if it wasn’t for their help over the years – whether that be acupuncture, or helping me rehab back from knee surgery, they have helped me get back on my feet many a time! I can be an incredibly tricky patient, and both Mindy and Rachel have allowed me to believe that anything is possible with a bit of patience and a lot of hard work. I would throughly recommend their services, their advice and their support – no query is ever too stupid.

Having attended for treatment over several months, I would strongly recommend this service. Rachel was professional and thorough in assessing my problems and helping me to overcome them. Attention to detail was key. She corrected interconnected problems that had built up over several years and gave advice and support with lasting solutions as well as treating the immediate difficulties. Treatment was highly skilled and varied as necessary. I have been treated by many practitioners over the years, but this was the best and most comprehensive support I have experienced by some way, especially because of the understanding of quite wide ranging difficulties shown by Rachel and her enthusiasm for finding the best ways of solving them. Thank you!!
