Mindy qualified in 1995 and since then she has worked in a variety of different clinical setting, including NHS and sports clubs, with the bulk of her experience being related to sports injuries. She is also qualified in the use of acupuncture, finding it to be particularly beneficial in the treatment of acute sports injuries.

Rachel qualified as a chartered Physiotherapist in 1987 and has since worked in a variety of setting both in NHS and private practice, gaining experience and expertise in the management and treatment of musculoskeletal and sports injuries in all age groups. She has a particular interest in the treatment of the shoulder, neck and back pain and rehabilitation following whiplash injury.

Chris is a member of the UK Sports Massage Association and qualified as a sports massage therapist in 2007. During his training and since qualifying, he has worked in a specialist running shop alongside other masseurs and physiotherapist treating clients who participate in many different sports, at a variety of levels.
